Jetta got me all set up with quick and great service! Would definitely recommend using this storage unit! Cheap prices, great service. Would definitely advise my friends to come here!
been here a month now and i am very impressed. the on site manager Jetta is super nice. she drove me to the individual spots to let me pick the one i wanted. the fence and gates are sturdy and the coded gate works well. feel very secure with my stuff here.
Jetta was a great help, got me the storage unit in the exact section I wanted. She was also super friendly to my daughter who is chatty and super energetic. Would definitely recommend this storage place to friends and family.
All my belongings were destroyed due to heavy rains we had in Chickasha and the roof/ceiling leaked into my unit. There were some holes in the ceiling and rain litetally poured in and soaked everything. That could have been avoided with some simple monthly maintenance and a $10 can of spray foam. A couple weeks went by before i visited my unit, so by then the mold was rampant. I saw at least 5 diff kinds of mold (green, fuzzy, yellow, slimy, and deadly black mold) Upon inspection of the outside I found a foam insert that was used to insulate the roof gaps, but it was just a dry, crumbly rotten piece of foam and totally useless in preventing leaks. I never thought I would have to worry about My things getting wet rain soaked. Lesson learned i guess, but I would have been better off just stacking all my possessions outside in my yard and throwing a tarp over them!Also my unit was at the location on Country Club Rd, not the main office location on E. Almar. Regardless, they were less than apologetic and even kept charging me for the unit after I filed the insurance claim. Why would I pay them more money after I lost everything? I thought they owed me a refund to be honest. I was very surprised at their attitude even tho my loss came as a direct result of their negligence.
The woman working was so helpful. She had suggestions that I never would have thought to ask. I also get a free months rent.
