Items missing include upholstery tools (Grand Av Storage also operates an upholstery shop) an antique and irreplaceable cast iron birdbath, various garden and hand tools, MANY collectible items. Artwork. Handmade quilts, housewares including a very special tea kettle my late mother gave me. The list goes on and on.
I rented a unit in June 2010 before moving out of state. Paid the rental fee until November 2017. Finally was able to go get my things out of storage and found my lock gone. Replaced by a lock Grand Av Storage had put on. When the unit was unlocked over half of my belongings were GONE!
