Will not recommend the chickasha Pizza hut to anyone.
They need a good scolding on keeping the restaurant, and self service area clean. It was a joke!!!!
I was there for an hour before I seen any pizza. When it finally came out It was cold. There wasn't a waitress in the party room. If the pitchers of drinks ran out we had to hunt someone down to refill them.
My friend was having a going away party for her son's who are going into the service to defend our country.
Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The restaurant was nearly empty and I still waited 2 hours and only got cheesesticks.I then waited another hour and they brought me a pizza, but it was the wrong order. They made the excuse that their computers messed up. I waited 30 more minutes and my pizza was still not out so I paid for my cheese sticks and drink, then I left. I must also mention that through the entire experience the phone kept ringing and no employer would answer it even though they weren't busy. I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that these workers were so lazy and how they manage to stay open. That place is a disgrace to Pizza Hut!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Paid for 8 pizzas for carry out.... was charged 60.87 later in the day I was charged again for 60.87 and they refuse to refund the money this place doubled charged me and refuse to make it right....
Ordered two pasta dishes, expecting you know a plate of pasta. Nope. A tin foil microwave pan of pasta, half the noodles were hard. Wasted 20$ on it. Bread sticks were gross and really really dry. Will not eat pizza hut again. Waitress was really tired and kept complaining about her other customers to us. Very disappointed. You've lost my business in all stores.
