I was very disappointed on my last stay. I have stayed here numerous times in the past and enjoyed it, but not this last time. I needed a ground floor room since i had several very heavy bags to bring in but they said they had none. The hotel ground floor appeared to have numerous empty rooms. So I asked where the elevator was and was told there was only stairs. In that situation I would have appreciated the man at the desk to offer to get someone to help me with my luggage but no such luck. When I finally got inside my room the heater wouldn't come on. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance would be right up. An hour and a half later nobody had come. For $127 a night I expected alot more, or at the the bare minimum. I checked out that same night and front desk agreed to return the full amount of the room to my card asap. I was given a receipt showing the credit. About an hour later I checked my card and it showed they charged me the room fee again! Very frustrating, I don't believe I will be back.
Was not in the main building this time, and faced the highway, so it was a bit noisy though. Not like that in the main building as experienced from previous stays here.
I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I come to town. The staff is always so warm and inviting and always show a willingness to assist. The next time your In town stop by the Quality inn and see for yourselves.
Went on a morning "breakfast date" with my wife. We enjoyed the all you can eat buffet, the quiet atmosphere and the great conversation. We will now be doing this at least once a week from now on.
Great shower, good breakfast, will probably stay there again.
They have the cleanest nicest rooms and the staff will bend over backwards to help you in any way that they can. Also, they have the best breakfast in town hands down. Thank you so much and I'll definitely be back.
