Best flower shop ever. She goes above and beyond what you ordered. No need to go anywhere else except for Carolyn Kay's flowers.
I found very little to choose from, nothing popped and then I found the $6.00 each delivery fee excessive. The funeral home is 2blocks from this florist. While there is little choice in Chickasha in the future I will stop somewhere and pick up and deliver my own. In Oct. I ordered some "just beautiful" mums by phone and when I saw them at the funeral they were sub par and beginning to wilt. I was embarassed. In Apr of 2011 my daughter ordered flowers that were never delivered. Just too many problems, will never use again.
Outraged!! WARNING!!! They don't even answer the phone UgH!! I've used her for years until now. Ordered flowers a month before Valentine's to be delivered in the morning to my wife and baby at home. They left the flowers for my wife at the school and the baby's are yet to be found. I called and was assured it would be fixed by noon and someone would call. Spent around $150 for terrible service. Avoid the headache go elsewhere.
They have great prices, their arrangements, well so far I wasn’t happy with one I ordered but the rest have been okay.
Caroyln Kay's Flowers did the flowers for my mom's funeral. She did a great job and one of the items, a peace lily that they sent was just gorgeous and much nicer than I had expected. She was extremely nice and just as sweet as she could be. I wholeheartedly recommend this flower shop. Her prices were better than her competitors as well. The peace lily is over 3 feet tall & is still in great condition over 3 months later. As for cut flowers, no matter who I have gotten them from they do not stay pretty but a few days or a week at most...so I stick to flowering plants when ordering if possible, they last longer. My sister went to pay for the flowers & was impressed with how cheerful her shop was. She & I will continue to use her for our florist for sure.
