Cancelled last appointment after arrived and they called us back in 2 hrs early for her appointment... Sat here 2 hrs already. Its a small cavity should have been filled with cleaning and check up. This is ridiculous. Not coming back, you shouldn't either
The staff seemed to really care about their patients (overheard a dentist telling a patient to call his cell if he needed, just to walk in and theyd get him in etc) and didnt try to pressure me with a choice right away, one way or another. Super kind and helpful and made sure I was aware of all risks before choosing a procedure
I had a maryland bridge come out in January and went to have it glued back in well they didn't have the glue. They said they would call me the next week when the glue came in. It's be 4 months and still no glue. I will not be going back. I went to 29th street dental care and got in and not no problem.
